In celebration of continuing musical tradition of Araiyar Sevai, Sri Sadagopan Tirunarayanaswami Divya Prabhanda Pathasala is pleased to announce the launch of the Web Site – araiyar.com

What began as a small but significant effort by out founding Acharya, Sri. V.V. Sadagopan, in 1972, to teach and sing Tirupavi to handful of students, has swelled into a mighty current; a world resource center for spiritual living based on the lives and works of the Alvar saints, with its own campus spread over 9 acres in the sylvan surroundings, of Jalladampet village, a temple for Vishnu as Muddu Tirunarayanaswami, residential facilities, and about two thousand devotees and students from all over the world. The Pathasala has blessings of the Heads of all the Mutts, including Srimad Alagiyasingar, Srimad Andavan, Sri Parakala Swami, Sri Vanamamalai jeer, Sri Tirukkurungudi jeer and Sri Sankaracharya of Kamakoti, many of whom are frequent worshippers at the temple.

Teaching, learning, research, presentation and celebration of Divya Prabhandam progress hand in hand. The values of simple living and high thinking, the preservation of rich tradition based on these values and application of the culture to the problems that confront modern life, are some of the significant spin-offs of Pathasala’s manifold activities, presented in the Web Site.
